Erin’s association with UUFT began as a toddler, and continued into her adulthood. And now, marriage, three children, a teaching degree, and several years in California later, she is back as our DRE.  Erin has taught at Head Start and at Topeka Collegiate, and she had nearly three years’ experience as DRE at Unitarian Universalist Church of the Monterey Peninsula in Carmel, California.   She became DRE for UUFT in April, 2022.  She has a real passion for enabling children to find their spiritual path.  She is dedicated to creating a safe and loving space for our children to learn and grow.  Erin has many other enthusiasms.  Among them, she plays violin in the Washburn Symphony Orchestra, she creates lovely chainmail wearable art, and she is a part time staff member at the Children’s Discovery Center.
